The program is easy to use. You provide us with a copy of your customer/prospect list. (All information you provide to DMA is strictly confidential and used for your benefit alone). You receive an e-mail notification when someone on your list puts their home on the market. Then you call on that prospect.

By calling at the right time, a higher close rate is experienced. You will make fewer calls that go nowhere. We alert the first time a "for sale" ad is detected by our monitoring system. You will be notified weekly of all customers/prospects that trigger.
