The DMA Sub-Prime Lender file is compiled from county courthouses nationwide. The file focuses on homeowners who currently have a mortgage with a finance company or a sub-prime lender.
DMA has a proprietary lender table which includes the top 500 unique finance companies and sub-prime lenders and 17,000 of their name variations. These are great candidates for refinancing a high interest rate first mortgage and/or consolidating credit card debt.
